Joseph and Amy’s wedding was simply beautiful. The day was filled with family, fun, and love. The nuptial mass at Mater Dei Latin parish was gorgeous. The reception that followed was a blast, including live music, delicious food and contra dancing. At the center of it all, Amy and Joseph radiated joy, their love for each other and for God. I was so blessed to capture their beautiful day. Amy and Joseph, I know you will have a wonderful marriage, always listening to God’s will in your lives. I wish you so many blessings!
Annie’s Senior Photos
I really enjoyed my Saturday morning in Fort Worth with gorgeous sisters Annie and Mary. After gallivanting about the Stockyards where we shot Mary’s senior photos, we headed over to the Fort Worth Japanese Botanical Gardens to capture portraits of beautiful Annie. I loved Annie’s choice for location. The peaceful and poetic verdure of the gardens fit perfectly with Annie’s exquisite beauty and tranquil personality. And her bright flowery dress was perfect against the greenery, evoking the brilliant colors of a Koi fish. Annie’s serene and poised character will serve her well with her studies at U.D. in the fall. Congratulations, Annie!
…And with their lovely mother in mind, I snapped a couple of both gorgeous girls!
Mary’s Senior Photos
I had such a blast with Mary and her sister Annie during our Fort Worth senior photo shoot last weekend! First up was Mary at the Fort Worth Stockyards. Mary’s choice of location was perfect for her since she’s planning on going to school for ranching. This cowgirl was gorgeous against the vintage backdrops of the stockyards. I was really impressed with how mature Mary was. She has a good head on her shoulders and I can tell she’s ready to take life by the horns! Congratulations, Mary!
Next up–Annie’s photos at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens!
Nicho’s Whataburger Senior Photos
I gotta hand it to Nicho, senior photos at Whataburger, what an awesome idea! I had so much fun incorporating this classic Texas restaurant into our senior photo shoot. The staff even came out to congratulate Nicho on his upcoming graduation! Nicho is an Eagle scout and loves to play soccer. He was so polite, kind and fun to work with! Congratulations, Nicho, I know you will do great things! #GodBlessTexas
Phil and Veronica – Engaged!
Phil and Veronica are such a classy and fun couple! I really enjoyed hanging out with them in downtown Dallas while taking engagement photos. Phil is the philosopher, always ready to whip up a clarifying syllogism or contemplate a deep philosophical truth. Chic and stylish Veronica is literary-minded, and can recommend a good book anytime. Both appreciate the value of good friends, a good conversation, and a good scotch. The always-classy Veronica is originally from the west coast, and Phil hails from the east coast. How fitting that they met in the middle here in Texas! I can’t wait to see what the future brings them! Congratulations, you two!
A Family Visit
I had so much fun at the park the other day with these two gorgeous sisters and two adorable kids! Elena’s sister Andrea was visiting from Ecuador, so they decided to have some photos done to commemorate their time together! We all enjoyed the pleasant morning at Centennial Park (not too hot and with a nice little breeze — not bad for August in Texas!). I can’t get over how stunning these two sisters are and I was positively charmed by Elena’s two sweet children. They sure were cute playing with their aunt! It was clear that everyone enjoyed the visit!
Jordan & Raphael
I’m so excited for my cousin, Raphael, and his beautiful fiance, Jordan. I really enjoyed shooting this mountainous engagement session in Helena, Montana. This is one legit American couple; they love shooting, beer, bald eagles and freedom. Raph is hilariously sarcastic, and Jordan can dish it right back to him! They are getting married this winter, and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding!
Jack’s Second Birthday
Jack is turning two this month! It was so great to spend time with him and his parents, Matt and Meg, the other evening. Jack has grown so much since his one-year old pictures I took last year. He is such a talker now! His favorite topic on this evening was the cookies that he was going to get for being such a good boy. One thing is the same as last year- he’s awesome at smiling for the camera! Jack gave 110 percent the whole time. It was so sweet to watch these three interacting. Jack loved to run and jump and play with mom and dad and was not stingy with giving hugs. This family is so sweet and so much fun!
Clare’s Senior Photos
The lovely, vibrant Clare is graduating on Saturday! I met her and her mother last night for senior photos. It has been raining and storming for weeks now, so we jumped at the chance to take advantage of the sunny day yesterday. I had so much fun photographing Clare, and I just loved the outfits she picked out (gotta have those cowgirl boots!). Besides being impeccably fashionable, I found out that Clare is also quite sporty. She played basketball, volleyball and softball during her high school years. Congratulations, Clare, your future looks bright!
Family Bluebonnets
I have been a busy bee this spring with bluebonnet photos! Here’s another adorable family in the flowers! These guys are so sweet!
